Important Customer Information: Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
Following updated Government advice regarding indoor mass gatherings of more than 100 people issued by An Taoiseach, Leo Varadkar, Bord Gáis Energy Theatre will remain closed to the public until 19 April 2020. This includes the theatre's Box Office. In-person visits to our Groups and Access Department are also not permitted during this time. Information on how to contact our Groups and Access Department is listed below.
As a result of this closure, the following additional performances are to be postponed/cancelled or rescheduled:
• OFFSET, due to take place between 3-5 April 2020, will now take place from 23-25 April 2021.
• THE CHERRY ORCHARD, due to take place from 8-11 April, has been postponed. Further announcements and updates on this show will be made in the coming weeks.

Original tickets purchased for all events remain valid for rescheduled dates, which will be notified to patrons on confirmation of new dates.
All purchases made by Phone or Internet will be refunded automatically by Ticketmaster.
Please allow 28 working days for the money to reappear in your account. If it has not appeared within this time, please contact Ticketmaster by submitting a request via https://help.ticketmaster.ie/.
If you purchased via Box Office or an Outlet, refunds will be available from point of sale. We would ask that you refrain from seeking these in-person refunds until 19 April.
Bookings made through our Groups and Access Department will be automatically refunded within 5-10 days approx. Our Groups and Access Team will contact all patrons directly.
